Baby's

Our baby sessions are perfect for birth to 15 month's; no need to wait for injections! We will take your little one into a warm little bubble and explore the pool and surroundings, learn new ways to move, find the best way for giggles and smiles. Watch them stretch out and relax, there’s even a chance for underwater swimming if that’s their thing!

Toddlers

After the perfect introduction as babies we are now truly ready for our Toddler classes! (15 month's to 3 years) We learn through child centred play, lots of games and songs. Adventures with our new friends and our trusty grown ups. Learning to listen, copy and explore. Gaining the important water safety skills all children need but in a fun, safe environment.

Pre-school

Where oh where has the time gone!! Our Pre-school lessons (2.5 years - 5 years) is where our trusty grown up starts to get a back seat in our swimming adventures, they are still on hand in our lovely warm pool but merely for a target to get wet, swim away from and race! Lessons are still led from an in the water teacher and now the forefront of the lesson, your little ones will begin to follow direct instructions and practise all their skills solo from their trusty adult. You will watch their confidence flourish as they take part in games and songs, but don’t panic if they are not too sure we have magic tricks for all worries and will work with you and them through it all and come out the other side super strong. Even the most strong willed children we have successfully helped them become super independent swimmers.

Gentle Fitness

Aqua Fitness but turned down! Suitable for all ages including our seniors. Suitable for any injuries, please make sure your GP has cleared you if needed. We work on moving and stretching the body, using the weight of the water to work harder than we possibly could on land! If you have an injury no problem! Let the instructor know and they will advise alternative moves if and when needed, always give a move a try as you may surprise yourself!

Swim Skills

Swim Skills is a session suitable for all our not so little ones! Ideally aimed at ages 5 - 9 years for non swimmers - advanced. Super small classes, in the water teacher, each sessions is tailored to the individual swimmer AND group. Lots of fun to be had! All skills taught, practised and mastered
